A Little Bit of Christmas Decorating!

Dave and I little in a comfortable apartment, and we've been here for a while. I've always loved Christmas, and we have so much stuff in our apartment that we can't have a big tree. Last year I bought us a tiny tree that we stick on our bookshelf. It does the job  for now.

This year I wanted to do a little more. I found this and HAD to do it. 

 This is what our window looks like normally. I took down the green curtains and added strings of lights and used sheer white curtains.

 I wasn't sure the best way to hold up the lights, but masking tape did the trick.

 

 The window with the sheer curtains. I only bought two boxes of mini lights, and after putting everything together Dave and I realized that I should've bought more. This weekend I'm going to go buy a couple of more boxes so that I don't have this weird W in the window and to give it a fuller effect. I'm glad I did this, and I can't wait to see what it looks like with more lights. I will post another picture once I add more lights.
